To grow a business where entrepreneurs and small businesses are supported to build their dreams.
A consulting firm with clever, down-to-earth experts who provide hands on support and education to sole traders, entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping them to plan, navigate and get things done!
Everyday businesses will have access to excellent, trustworthy and affordable expertise - without the huge consulting bills. We’ll leverage AI technology and other tools to deliver efficient and affordable services to clients who wouldn’t usually be able to access this support.
We will build a business that shifts the statistics for small business in New Zealand. If we can educate our people on the basics of good business and help them tap into the tools and resources available - they’ll be better equipped, and have the resilience to navigate their challenges.

Kia ora! My name is Aayla!
I am a mother, partner, daughter, sister, friend and proud member of the South and East Auckland communities! I have a solid background in business and education and have experience working in organisations of all shapes and sizes.
I am passionate and articulate and one of my greatest skills is helping others to make sense of things. I help people to visualise and craft their dreams on paper and then turn them into a plan, and a reality.
I've recently started BYD Consulting to support small businesses through good times and bad. I hope that it will grow into something amazing, where we build dreams with people all around the world!
