We Have a Chat

We'll book in a discovery session to kōrero, understand what’s going on, and figure out what support might be useful. It’s casual, pressure-free, and all about getting clarity.

We Propose a Scope of Work

Based on our kōrero, we’ll come back to you with a clear Scope of Work - outlining what we’ll do, how long it’ll take, and how much it’ll cost. You’ll have the chance to review and approve this before we begin anything.

We Get to Work, Together

Once the scope is approved, we get cracking. Some clients work with us over a few weeks; others bring us in for ongoing support across the year. We work with you, not just for you.

We Keep Things Flexible

Life and business don’t always go to plan - and that’s OK.

If something changes along the way, we’ll talk it through and update the plan together. You’ll never be locked into something that’s no longer working for you.

Payment & Pricing

We keep pricing simple, transparent, and fair. Our hourly rate starts from $120+GST, with set pricing available for some services and packages. We’ll always provide a quote or estimate as part of the Scope of Work, so you know exactly what to expect.

We understand that cashflow can be tight for small businesses or community groups, so we’re happy to offer payment plans where needed. Just let us know - we’re here to make things work.
